Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are administered on behalf of Zone 20 EMS Fitness Club LLC, registered in the UAE with its registered office at Dubai, UAE. Throughout these Terms & Conditions, references to ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ refer to Zone 20 EMS Fitness Club LLC.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you, as the individual completing the membership application form, hereinafter referred to as ‘you’, become a member of Zone 20 EMS and agree to abide by the following terms:

Membership Eligibility: You must be aged 18 years or older to become a member of Zone 20 EMS and register your membership via our website. If you are under the age of 18, you are not eligible to become a member or register via our website.
Commencement of Agreement: This agreement commences once you indicate your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions in the declaration section of the web sign-up process and click the “JOIN NOW” button.
Approval of Membership: All new memberships are subject to the approval of management. We reserve the right to reject any membership application for any reason whatsoever, at our absolute discretion.
Membership Start Date: Your membership starts immediately upon approval or on the Gym’s opening day in the case of a pre-sale membership.
Binding Agreement: This agreement becomes binding upon acceptance, and you will be entitled to all the rights and privileges of the chosen membership type.
Non-Transferable: You cannot transfer this agreement to anyone else.
Governing Law: The Laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern these Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in the U.A.E.
Trading Policy: We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
Country of Domicile: The United Arab Emirates is our Country of Domicile. We control this site from the U.A.E., and it may not be appropriate for use in other locations. Users accessing the site from other locations are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.

Refund or Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms governing memberships at ZONE 20 EMS FITNESS. By enrolling, members acknowledge that no refunds or cancellations are allowed under any circumstances, including for medical, relocation, or redundancy reasons. All memberships, whether Fixed Term or Flexible, are final and non-refundable. Any requests for termination will not be considered, and no prorated refunds or compensation will be issued for unused sessions.

Physical Health of Member

Health Representation: By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you warrant that you are in good health and capable of engaging in active or passive exercise without detriment to your health, safety, comfort, well-being, or physical condition.
Contagious Illness: You shall not use any Zone 20 EMS facilities while suffering from any infections, contagious illness, disease, or ailment that may be detrimental to the health, safety, comfort, or physical condition of other members.
Member Health Declaration Form: Before using Zone 20 EMS facilities, you must read and confirm agreement with our Member Health Declaration Form.
Medical Conditions and Medication: If you are taking medication or have a medical condition that may affect your ability to exercise, a doctor’s letter is required.

Fees and Charges:

Inclusive Taxes: All published membership fees and charges are inclusive of any applicable taxes (e.g., VAT), and the TRN number for Zone 20 EMS Fitness Club LLC is 104637636200003
Monthly Recurring Payment: The Monthly Recurring Payment represents the monthly membership fee for the chosen membership option, payable upfront and in advance. No partial refund of the monthly membership fee will be made, except under cooling-off regulations (as detailed below).
Joining Fee: A one-off Joining Fee will be charged at the point of becoming a member, covering initial administration costs and entitling you to a free gym induction session.
Special Offer Periods: During certain special offer periods, the management may, at its discretion, remove or reduce the Joining Fee.
Payment Method: Payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED is accepted for memberships and other products and services.

Data Security:

Collection of Personal Information: In the course of completing your membership and creating the Monthly Recurring Payment, we may collect certain personal information about you, including personal details and information about your health and person. This information will be used for purposes like managing your membership and communicating with you.
Confidentiality: We will limit access to your personal information to authorized personnel and management who may use it for marketing or other services. In certain situations, we may need to share your information with third parties, such as legal authorities, group companies, and professional advisors.
Communication: We may provide your contact information to business partners and third parties who may contact you about their products and services. You can indicate during the signup process if you do not wish to receive such information.

Health and Safety:

Health Declaration: All members and visitors undertaking exercise must accept our “Member Health Declaration Form” before commencing any activity within Zone 20 EMS.
Gym Attire: Members must wear proper gym attire while exercising and dress modestly. Specific clothing items, such as short workout tops that expose the midriff, torn clothes, jeans, denim shorts, and beanie hats, are not permitted.
Sports Shoes: Non-marking, rubber-soled sports shoes/footwear are required at all times in the gymnasium and group exercise studios.
Behavior: Members and guests must treat Zone 20 EMS facilities and each other with respect. Threatening, intimidating, or abusive behavior towards any staff member will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or termination of membership.
Gym Facilities: The management accepts no responsibility for theft or damage to personal belongings. Mobile phones with camera features and visual recording are strictly prohibited in changing rooms.
Dress Code: Members must remain appropriately dressed and avoid nudity, using the private changing cubicles provided.

General Terms:

Membership Card: Upon successful membership, you will be issued a membership RFID card, which remains the property of Zone 20 EMS. Membership cards may only be used by the registered member.
Photography and Video: The management reserves the right to use member photographs and videos for press or promotional purposes.
Gym Rules: All members must abide by the Gym rules, which may be amended from time to time at the management’s discretion.
Termination: Zone 20 EMS may terminate this agreement with immediate effect if you breach the gym rules or these Terms and Conditions.
Social Media Policy: Inflammatory posts or content considered inappropriate may be subject to remedial action, including termination of membership.
Privacy Policy: We take appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security but cannot guarantee the security of information disclosed online.
Third-Party Links: We have no control over third-party sites linked on the website and do not endorse or guarantee their content.
Free Trial Session: We offer a FREE Trial Session for a single Personal Training Session to clients who may decide to purchase a membership with Zone 20 EMS. If not, the Trial Session / Personal Training Session is chargeable as per our Pricing List.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you agree to comply with all policies, rules, and guidelines established by Zone 20 EMS Fitness Club LLC. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your membership without refund.
